Senior Life Advisors was established by Caralee Dill, a seasoned New Jersey Nursing Home Administrator, drawing from 14 years of invaluable experience aiding nursing home patients, residents, and their families in navigating the intricate landscape of aging. Recognizing a widespread lack of awareness regarding available options, resources, and rights during emotionally taxing times, as well as the constraints imposed by schedules and distances on support systems, Senior Life Advisors was founded.

Her journey to becoming a geriatric care manager began in high school when she worked as a dietary aide at a nursing home. She loved talking with the residents and creating relationships with them, finding joy in their stories and wisdom. When she got to college, she often thought about those connections and decided to pursue a career in geriatric services.
She earned her master’s degree in healthcare administration while training to be a nursing home administrator. During her training, she encountered many seniors and their families in states of emotional crisis, unsure of how to navigate the complexities of aging and care. Witnessing their struggles inspired her to create an LLC with the goal of one day helping these families and their loved ones navigate the later years of life.
After spending 11 years as a nursing home administrator, she realized it was the right time to make the move and fully dedicate herself to her passion. Becoming a geriatric care manager allows her to combine her love for building relationships with her expertise in healthcare administration, helping families and seniors find the care and support they need.
At Senior Life Advisors, she provides personalized education, guidance, and advocacy, ensuring that clients and their loved ones are empowered to focus on what truly matters: cherished moments spent together.
